When Councillor Norman Lambert checked the Crondall Parish Councils web site on the morning of the December meeting, no agenda papers had been uploaded to it. At the meeting Councillor Lambert asked why the agenda for the current meeting had not been on the Council's website when he had checked first thing that morning. Councillor Dorn then asked why, if  Councillor Lambert had been aware of this omission since then, he had failed to bring it to the Council's Clerk or any other Councillors attention at the time, but had waited to raise it at the meeting.  The bigger issue  is why were they not published on the site, this was an important agenda containing controversial future burial plans that may have a major impact on villagers for many years to come, why should they not be allowed to see the agenda and corresponding papers. The public have a right to see it prior to the meeting not many days or weeks after decisions have been made. Clearly the Councils Clerk, Chairman and other Councillors did not take any notice of Councillor Dorn comments or Councillor Lambert for that matter because they are still not published (10/01/2012). Perhaps like agenda in the past some Councillors did not want it published to soon. However, Councillor Lambert, believing that they should be in the public domain has made them available below Some of the December 2011 Agenda Papers 10/01/2012 FRONTPAGE NEWS Controversial Agenda    Papers Failed To Appear Farm Worker Builds Flying Saucer A former Chinese farmer with little formal schooling who later worked as a motor mechanic has designed and built at least one ultralight that briefly flew (before crashing) has now moved on to a flying saucer.   Skate Park Not Welcomed!
